You can apply both online or offline. Exam fess is of 100 Rs .You should have minimum speed of 100 wpm shorthand 40 wpm typing speed. Effective computer skills and basic computer knowledge is required. Total exam is of 200 hundred questions and 200 marks. The exam or test includes general intelligence or reasoning, general awareness, English language and computer language. The time limit for exam is of 2 hours and for handicapped students time limit is 2.40hours. Negative marking per wrong answer is 0.25 marks.
